Validity of the Internal Control System The effectiveness of the Internal Control System (ICS) is based on a written statement regarding the ICS Policy. This document, addressed to all employees, outlines the company's official position on trade controls and the implementation and maintenance of the ICS. Company Policy on International Trade in Strategic Goods, Technologies, and Services Our company conducts international trade in strategic goods in accordance with Polish law, international regulations, and the principles arising from non-proliferation agreements in which Poland participates. Aware of the role we play in ensuring national and international security by preventing the uncontrolled trade in dual-use goods and armaments, we have implemented and maintain an Internal Control System within our company. If a transaction is found to be inconsistent with national law or if a potential contractor raises reasonable suspicions of violating international rules governing the trade in strategic goods, technologies, and services, the transaction will not be completed. Our company excludes the possibility of making profits in a manner inconsistent with the trade control policy. All employees, entities, and collaborators who have been familiarized with the requirements of the Internal Control System are obligated to comply with them and immediately inform the Internal Control System Representative of any transactions, practices, or attempted activities that are inconsistent with applicable law. If non-compliance with the requirements is identified, the company takes appropriate corrective, elimination, and preventive measures. The involvement of all employees in maintaining the functionality of the Internal Control System increases trust in our company, making it more competitive and reliable. Employees are obligated to comply with the principles set forth in this statement, under penalty of professional liability.
